As a Sales Assistant based in Plymouth you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.

  • Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

  • When required serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.

  • To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
