About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back of House Associate to support the overall success of our store. This role is responsible for maintaining high visual standards behind the scenes and on the floor, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing flexible assistance to the store team as needed. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating an organized, visually appealing environment and works well in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Standards & Merchandising Support
- Maintain and prepare furniture and décor for store displays (e.g., unboxing, cleaning, assembling, tagging).
- Ensure store vignettes are tidy, presentable, and in line with brand standards.
- Assist the store leaders in floor resets, seasonal updates, and product placement.
- Perform daily walk-throughs to identify areas needing refresh or attention.
Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain all areas for easy accessibility and safe storage.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure product tagging and labeling is accurate and up to date.
Operational & Team Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house workspace.
- Support and assist with general store operations and pitch-in where needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move furniture and boxes (up to 20 lbs).
- Comfortable using basic inventory systems and tools (training provided).
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
