As a Sales Assistant Representative you will be interfacing with inside sales, interlocking departments, and customers to make sure the experience of the customer is fulfilled from inception of a sales order to shipping 

This position reports to the Sales Assistant Manager and will be based out of your work from San Diego, CA.

****THIS JOB INCLUDES WEEKEND HOURS****

As the Sales Assistant, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Consult prospects in the best use of the products, accounts management of the design, and installation process at the handoff from sales to completion of the installation
  • View customer accounts through the systems to potentially upsell items
  • Assist sales in final payment collection; as well as regular sales-related orders from the assigned sales representatives including product technical support as needed; to
  • Actively process all sales/installation and design quotes for products; to travel as required; and to participate in all marketing and sales initiatives as needed.
  • Liaise with current and potential customers to provide white glove brand & product introduction, onboarding to hardware and software, and ongoing support.
  • Serve as direct point of contact for VIP partner needs and educate & inform them of product and brand news and opportunities.
  • Occasional attendance at events for relationship-building, activation support, and multimedia content gathering.
  • Receive and call on leads given.

Pay Range:

$67,100.00 - $89,100.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
