Skills, Knowledge and expertise
- Serve our customers efficiently– on the shop floor and at service points
- Deliver high standards through great availability whilst keeping the store clean and tidy
- Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
- Have great product knowledge
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Follow safe and legal working practices at all times

Skills Required
- Right to work in the country
- Availability to work 39 hours per week, 8am-4pm, five days out of seven including weekends
- Customer service and sales experience or ability to serve and sell positively
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness, stock availability and high standards
- Knowledge of daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
- Good product knowledge and ability to make recommendations
- Proactive engagement with customers to understand needs
- Follow safe and legal working practices at all times
