Key Responsibilities:
Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
Resolve Technical Issues: Identifies and addresses standard technical problems using established procedures to minimize customer dissatisfaction and disruption.
Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, providing expert consultation and developing solutions that address specific operational challenges.Support sales teams with technical presentations, proposal development, and competitive analysis to maximize revenue and customer wallet.
Document Procedures and Solutions: Keeps accurate records of application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
Provide User Support: Assists customers by responding to queries and offering technical guidance for existing products and applications.

Customer Service: Ability to effectively support and address customer inquiries and issues, seeking internal support and assistance as appropriate.
