What’s the opportunity?


We're looking for a full time Sales and Partnerships Manager France with an existing network in the eCommerce ecosystem to join our vibrant global team from 1st January, 2025 based onsite at our Berlin office. You will have a strong interest in building a career in a rapidly growing SaaS business, a hunger for developing your sales skills and you want to take your career to the next level.


As a Sales and Partnerships Manager France, you will be the first team member focused on the market and will be the first point of contact for all topics that may arise. Initially, your focus will be squarely upon generating and qualifying new business opportunities in the French region. This requires a certain level of entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to think on your feet to ensure you offer the best solution to every customer. You will be introducing our platform to new prospect accounts and agencies, spanning a broad cross-section of industry verticals. Target clients will consist of midsize to large eCommerce retailers across the French-speaking region - as such, native level written and verbal French skills are an absolute must for this role.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively building relationships with prospects, agencies and our internal teams to grow new business opportunities.
  • Split your acquisition responsibilities between sales (70%) and agency partners (30%). 
  • Driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business by qualifying opportunities and confidently running product demos with potential clients.
  • Proactively using our CRM and maintaining a healthy and clean pipeline, managing all leads and opportunities and scheduling events.
  • Building strong connections, understanding clients' pain points, and demonstrating how our product or service can be of value. Collaborating with our marketing and product teams to create effective strategies that optimize new business opportunities and achieve monthly recurring revenue targets. Attending industry events and representing REVIEWS.io in podcasts and webinars.
  • Developing the skills necessary to transition into a mid-size and enterprise sales role.
  • Frequently exceeding new acquistion targets and KPI’s

What you’ll need

  • 3-4 years of sales experience preferably in SAAS / Subscription Businesses
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French at a native level is essential, along with a good command of English, as we operate in an English-speaking environment.
  • You are technologically savvy, with experience in forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • You excel in a fast-paced environment and are organized with a sense of sales urgency.
  • You pay attention to the details. 
  • You stay focused and nothing is overlooked.
  • When things change, you know how to roll with it.
  • You love taking on challenges, especially when it comes to a monthly incentivised sales target.
