Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred concentration in Business or Marketing
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Internship or related customer-facing work experience
- Results oriented, attention to detail, and good time management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Maintain driver qualification file as required by DOT (annual MVR check, DOT Physical, Safety Performance History request)
- For CDL holders: DOT Drug Screening within 30 days and FMCSA Clearinghouse review
- Willingness to travel within the district and work the required schedule at the specific location
- Complete employment application, submit to background investigation (past employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and ensure safety of self and others
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs (12 kg)
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
