Your main focus will be coordinating capacity alignment between the manufacturing plant, material supply, customer service, and sales teams. You will translate strategic S&OP plans into actionable short-term initiatives, ensuring resources are aligned, risks are anticipated, and decisions are made proactively within a structured weekly governance framework.
This position is full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Goettingen (Germany) or in Aubagne (France) with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

You manage and supervise agencies
You will prepare and facilitate weekly S&OE meetings with plants and supply chain stakeholders
Monitor and follow up on agreed tasks and initiatives resulting from the S&OE alignments across manufacturing, planning, customer service, and supply. Ensure seamless execution.
Proactively monitor and analyse manufacturing capabilities to identify solutions for bottlenecks and constraints.
You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Drive continuous improvement and further harmonize S&OE process cross the network
Support the use of dashboards, report, and tools that improve visibility and data-driven action
What will convince us
You have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, industrial Engineering, or a related field.
You have relevant professional experience in supply chain planning, operations, or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment
You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into decision-making insights
You are an effective communicator, able to work across departments and levels
You have a familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally BI tools like Tableau
