Skills and Qualifications
Your Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with Sales and Supply Chain Management teams, you will support to fulfil the following activities.
- Sales
Turnover reports update by Division and Customer level, daily based;
Forecast system update;
Sell out, promo and display reports, weekly based.
- SCM & Operation
Stock and Forecast report preparation and update;
Monitoring inventory level, future arrivals and planning;
Delivery Order and Turnover progress files update and monitoring;
Aging report update and clearance plan follow up;
Material master update in Samsung systems
Direct delivery management support.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Educational Background: Master/Bachelor degree in Management Engineering/Statistics/Economics.
- Computer Knowledge: Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken Italian and English.
- Others: Analytical skill and problem solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Starting Date: March 2025
