Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to prospective individual and corporate clients to pitch both life and non-life insurance products.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual premium targets.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments for clients to recommend the most appropriate insurance policies and coverage levels.
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing policyholders to ensure high retention rates and cross-selling opportunities.
- Facilitate the policy documentation process and provide necessary support to clients during the claims process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of insurance products (Life and General) and the regulatory environment in Nigeria.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet strict deadlines.
