Sales & Marketing Manager Poland
We are seeking a visionary, senior Sales & Marketing leader to drive growth in the Polish market by building strategic partnerships and implementing innovative go-to-market strategies that position us as the partner of choice in the industry. In this role, you will lead our Polish market organization (Sales, Product Marketing, MarCom, Technical Support, Pricing, HR, etc.) for the Smart Power and Smart Buildings divisions within the Electrification business area, while also driving collaboration across all Electrification divisions in-country.
Your Scope:
- Craft and steer the divisional strategy at national level to accelerate business growth, expand market share and position the company as an industry leader
- Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize team structure, processes, and ways of working, leveraging digital tools, AI-driven insights, and automation to enhance sales effectiveness
- Drive business success by establishing and tracking key performance targets, optimizing sales volume, refining pricing strategies, and by actively engaging with our customers with a hands-on approach
- Coach, develop and motivate a result-driven sales & marketing team through their managers to ensure excellence, engagement and collaboration.
- Foster a forward-thinking culture of continuous innovation and adaptability, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Champion adherence to compliance, governance and risk management, ensuring transparency and integrity across all customers and channels
- Drive collaboration and engagement locally with other teams & functions, as well as internationally with peers and extended leadership team
What You’ll Bring:
- Education: University degree in business administration or engineering (master’s degree preferred)
- Proven track record of 5+ years leadership experience managing and developing large sales or commercial organizations (50+ employees), ideally within the electrical engineering or industrial sector, combined with strong knowledge of the Polish market and an established network across relevant customer segments.
- Leadership & Influence: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to engage own team, our customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to optimize and motivate cross-functional high-performing teams, with a collaborative approach towards various teams and functions locally and internationally
- Entrepreneurial spirit, focused on innovation and developing new markets.
- Analytical and self-driven to use data and digital tools to optimize sales processes and performance
- Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally, when required.
