Summary:


As the Sales and Marketing Data Analyst, you will maintain the integrity of our CRM data, analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and develop reports on our sales pipeline and recent wins. You will work closely with the sales and finance teams. You will use your analytical skills to identify target audiences, optimize campaign performance, and enhance overall data quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:


· Maintain data quality, regularly audit, and clean information within the CRM software to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and rectify any data inconsistencies or errors.

· Work with the CFGI Partners and sales teams to identify target lists for various campaigns and initiatives. Use data to segment and prioritize target audiences.

· Work with the CFGI Partners and sales teams to identify existing qualifications for industry or product experience (e.g. what experience do we have doing XYZ in the energy industry?”).

· Develop, generate, and distribute sales reports on the company's current pipeline, including pipeline velocity, win rates, and sales forecasts. Summarize recent wins and highlight areas for improvement.

· Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns by analyzing key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

· Use third-party resources and tools to enhance the data quality of our CRM software.

 

Qualifications:


· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Statistics.

· Two to five years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.

· Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

· Experience with data cleansing, manipulation, and visualization techniques.
