About the Role
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Controller to join our team, responsible for overseeing and analyzing the financial performance of our Business Units in Bolivia. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decisions by providing insights into profitability (P&L), working capital efficiency, and cash flow optimization. You will serve as a financial partner to the commercial and marketing teams, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with corporate objectives.
What You Will Do
Analyze the financial performance of our Business Units, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends
Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans
Evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and commercial scenarios to support decision-making
Define and implement reporting standards, guidelines, and templates in coordination with Corporate Finance
Develop monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews and closings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to improve financial outcomes
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to support business growth and efficiency
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, commercial finance, or FP&A roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal)
Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently as well as in teams
Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
