Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Zoho (CRM, Finance, Desk, Projects, etc.) and HoduSoft products to prospective clients
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via inbound inquiries, cold calls, email outreach, and social selling
Conduct tailored product demos and client presentations to communicate value propositions
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with business goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM tools
Create engaging content for newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and landing pages
Conduct market and competitor research to inform sales and marketing strategies
Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports to evaluate effectiveness
Manage and update mailing lists and marketing tools such as Zoho Campaign or similar platforms
Support planning of promotional events, webinars, and product launches
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role (internships included)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM) and marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho Campaign, Mailchimp)
Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and content marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
Creative thinking, an analytical mindset, and attention to detail
Passion for Sales and client success
