This role is office based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany. This role is a permanent part-time position - 27.5 hours per week.
This role supports the Sales and Marketing function at our Mörfelden-Walldorf office, combining customer engagement, event coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• To provide support in managing the Sales and Marketing function specifically at the Mörfelden location.
• Liaise with Customers and Dealer Network for Central Europe to ensure all marketing initiatives, customer queries and technical issues are actioned and progressed in accordance with company processes.
• Co-ordination and support of events and customer trainings.
• Support the Office Administrator with site-specific day-to-day facilities duties.
• Support Area Business Director (ABD) in all matters as required, in particular agenda and travel management.
• Coordinate and assist with monthly Team meetings and resulting activities.
• Deputise for and work closely with the Office Administrator.
Knowledge Required:
• Proven work experience (3-5 years) in a Marketing and/or general office administration environment.
• Good standard in both written and spoken German and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
