Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily field activities across sales agents, technicians, and marketing teams in assigned regions.
- Support field marketing initiatives including community outreach, product demonstrations, roadshows, and customer sensitization campaigns.
- Collect, compile, and submit accurate daily and weekly field reports on sales performance, installation progress, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
- Act as a liaison between field teams and the central office, facilitating timely communication on stock levels, payments, customer issues, and scheduling.
- Manage customer onboarding and after-sales follow-up, including basic troubleshooting and escalation to technical or finance teams as needed.
- Track field stock and asset usage (products, accessories, tools, promotional materials) and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Verify mobile money transactions and sales records at the field level in coordination with the finance team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Identify and document operational risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities observed in the field to support strategic decision-making.
