What's in it for you:

This role provides the opportunity to support business performance through operational sales incentive compensation analysis and reporting. As an Analyst for Sales and Incentive Compensation, you will play a key role in assisting sales effectiveness by ensuring incentive plans are administered accurately, financial results are tracked and reconciled, and employees have access to clear performance insights.

In this position, you will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams, supporting routine business processes and contributing to improvements that enhance operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys applying analytics and financial principles in a collaborative team environment.


What you will do:

  • Support administration of sales incentive compensation plan calculations and reporting for eligible employees within a designated business unit.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance and incentive plan effectiveness, providing operational insights to help improve sales productivity.
  • Contribute to the monthly finance close process for field organization headcount, including financial modeling, journal entries, and variance analysis.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for incentive compensation balance sheet reserves and related expense entries.
  • Prepare accrual-to-payroll analyses and help identify and resolve discrepancies between financial results and payroll outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive payments for assigned areas.
  • Maintain standard documentation for incentive compensation calculations and monthly financial activities.
  • Assist with management of access requests and reports for incentive compensation statements in data tools as needed.
  • Support operational tasks related to incentive compensation audits and compliance verification.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or data reviews as requested by leader.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Sales Compensation, Business Operations, Data Analytics or equivalent.
  • Foundational understanding of incentive compensation concepts and principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools; familiarity with Tableau, Dataiku, or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within team environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an operational setting.

$56,300.00 - $101,394.99
