We are shaping the future of commercial talent in Africa by building the continent’s most respected sales academy. Our cohorts are the heartbeat of that mission. As the Sales and Business Development Lead, you will drive the learner experience from registration to graduation—ensuring every cohort runs like a high-performing sales team.


Roles & Responsibilities

Learner Outreach & Recruitment

  • You will achieve 30 registrations per level (5 levels) for core programs monthly.

  • You will meet set registration targets for additional programs (e.g., enterprise/custom cohorts).

  • You will position us as a top-tier career investment for individuals and HR partners.

Admissions & Cohort Launch

  • You will ensure 95%+ induction completion within 48 hours.

  • You will maintain rigorous applicant vetting to uphold program quality.

Cohort Experience Management

  • You will deliver 0 major disruptions to cohort schedules.

  • You will foster high engagement and performance across 12-week cycles.

Client & Faculty Coordination

  • You will ensure seamless collaboration with enterprise clients and faculty.

  • You will maintain high satisfaction among stakeholders.



Requirements

Must Haves

  • You have a strong interpersonal and Business development skill set. 

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in high-performance environments (edtech, sales ops, customer success, training).

  • You have mastery of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual learning system.

  • You have fierce organization and a proactive, solution-first mindset.

  • You have clear, confident written and verbal communication.
