We are seeking a Sales & Acquisitions Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across multiple service lines. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, leading sales teams, and executing acquisition strategies that fuel our continued expansion.

What You’ll DoSales Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and manage multiple sales teams across EPIC service lines

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market growth

  • Establish and track KPIs to ensure performance and accountability

  • Implement structured sales processes, training, and coaching

Acquisition Strategy & Execution
  • Build and manage a pipeline of physician practice acquisition opportunities

  • Identify, evaluate, and help close primary care and specialty practice deals

  • Partner with executive leadership, legal, and finance teams through LOI to close

  • Develop “land and expand” strategies for new markets

Market Growth & Partnerships
  • Build relationships with physicians, brokers, health systems, and partners

  • Collaborate with marketing and community teams to align outreach efforts

  • Represent EPIC Health at industry events and networking opportunities

Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and acquisitions team members

  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness for growth

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or acquisitions

  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred (physician practice acquisitions a plus)

  • Proven success leading teams and driving measurable growth

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
