The Sales and Account Specialist will focus on solutions/services so having vast experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or ERP will be beneficial.

This role is designed for experienced sales leaders who have found, developed, nurtured, and closed ERP consulting deals. You will be helping in developing existing business processes and implementing new projects. You will assist in all business areas including but not limited to marketing, sales, and client relations. You will conduct market research into areas of business expansion and sales and be allowed to analyze and report back your findings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Individual sales execution, including prospecting, calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, client relationship management, demand generation, qualification, and sales strategy processes.
  • Presentation of the client’s capabilities and value proposition to existing/prospective customers.
  • Generation and management of a consistent flow of sales leads.
  • Qualification of opportunities and leadership of sales strategy on qualified opportunities.
  • Create and execute the sales strategy on qualified opportunities.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of sales and marketing materials.
  • Maintenance of all sales, marketing, and pipeline management tools to ensure customer and opportunity data is current and accurate.
  • Actively participate in all required training and development needs.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in ERP/Software/NetSuite Sales, and/or related Sales
  • Proven track record of developing sales pipelines and executing sales
  • Excellent interpersonal & critical thinking skills
  • Self-sufficient and great time management
  • Confident in the desire to successfully manage various projects
  • Good organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to deliver company philosophy and uphold customer service standards
  • Clear and friendly phone manner
  • Computer literate - especially Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task in a pressurized environment
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • Peripherals and Workspace:
    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.

Skills Required

  • At least 2+ years of experience in ERP, Software, or NetSuite sales
  • Proven track record of building sales pipelines and closing deals
  • Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or other ERP platforms
