Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Management Support to strengthen our Sales and Client Management operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise with tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Confluence, and CRM systems like Pipedrive.

As a Sales and Account Management Support, you will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Technical Delivery Managers to drive efficiency in daily operations, prepare and align contracts, and support invoicing, reporting, and back-office processes. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate billing, monitoring KPIs, and supporting risk management activities to enable seamless operations across client-facing and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Prepare contracts in alignment with the Sales and Account Management teams
  • Support the invoicing process, including preparation of timesheets, ensuring timely and accurate billing
  • Work closely with Technical Delivery Managers to support day-to-day operations, e.g.,
    • Monitor and consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs),
    • Assist in regular performance and stakeholder reporting or
    • Support with risk management activities and follow-up on individual measures
  • Support Sales Back-Office tasks and outreach-related activities in close collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Assist with presentation preparation for pitches, proposals, and internal updates
  • Contribute to overall back-office efficiency and smooth coordination of internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales or executive assistance (preferably in the IT sector/ IT project management)
  • Previous experience in an international working environment is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate different stakeholder levels
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented working style
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Confluence and CRM systems such as Pipedrive
  • Highly process-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business needs.
