Summary :

The Sales & Account Executive is a customer‑facing commercial role responsible for driving sustainable growth through the acquisition, development, and retention of a defined portfolio of customers, primarily via remote and digital engagement.

In this role, you will own and develop a commercial relationship with customer decisionmakers, identify new business opportunities, and support the growth of existing accounts by understanding customer needs and delivering value‑based solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent and high‑quality customer experience across the full customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition & Prospecting

  • Own and develop the commercial relationship with assigned customers, focusing on revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Identify, qualify, and approach new prospects within the Polish market using digital and remote sales channels
  • Understand customer business needs and requirements to position appropriate solutions
  • Gather and share market trends and competitor intelligence to support commercial strategy
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive adoption of products and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Sales Execution and Pipeline Management

  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM systems, ensuring timely updates of opportunities, activities, and forecasts.
  • Prepare and deliver virtual product and business presentations, supported by product experts when required.
  • Lead or contribute to RFP/RFI responses and commercial proposals within the defined scope of responsibility.
  • Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of customers
  • Drive customer engagement through digital channels to support adoption, retention, and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on acquisition, awareness, and adoption initiatives, including webinars and digital events.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and ways of working within the Inside Sales organization.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey

About Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree
  • Experience in inside sales, account management, or commercial roles, ideally within the travel or technology industry
  • Proven ability to sell and negotiate remotely using digital tools and virtual engagement.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into value-based solutions.
  • Solid pipeline and opportunity management skills, with attention to data accuracy and forecasting.
  • Good understanding of the Polish market and customer landscape
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital sales channels
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross‑functional environment
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Polish
