What you will do:
Analyze and advise on the business impact of strategic policies and identify drivers behind performance changes. Prepare presentations to communicate actionable results to leadership, and recommend strategic changes as needed.
Leverage technical understanding and business acumen to translate high-level business requirements into technical and functional specifications to develop reporting & analytics
Demonstrate success leading project delivery for large, cross functional products / programs with limited supervision
Collaborate with all parts of the business, including senior leadership to successfully design, manage, implement and sustain initiatives.
Prepare presentations to communicate actionable results to leadership, and recommend strategic changes as needed.
Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement, evaluate impact to the business, and propose strategic solutions.
You need to have:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong experience with technical tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Bachelor’s degree with courses in business, mathematics, statistics or appropriate combination of education and experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
5 years’ experience in data analysis, business analysis, and/or revenue analytics
Experience working in a subscription-based business is a plus
Experience with managing diverse data sources, including preprocessing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data.
Ability to translate complex concepts and issues into insights for business leaders and non-technical audiences.
