JOB SUMMARY
The role is responsible for driving EBITDA expansion through integrated sales analytics, decision systems, pricing governance, regulatory compliance, and competitive intelligence. The Sales Analyst will identify and implement the analytical infrastructure necessary to grow services sales, optimize S&OP and automate tech services’ compliance while improving profitability, predictability, and exit readiness.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify and implement models to analyze cost structures, pricing, labor utilization and equipment deployment through an EBITDA focused lens.
  2. Develop predictive analytics for bid pricing, equipment optimization, logistics planning, and tech services resource planning.
  3. Partner with Regional RVPs, S&OP, Finance, and Sales Effectiveness to identify inefficiencies and improve EBITDA from process improvements.
  4. Deploy win probability and pricing confidence tools that improve bid quality and reduce low-margin wins.
  5. Analyze municipal and industrial bid results to build structured competitive pricing and contract database.
  6. Map regional competitor equipment and land application capacity for supply demand analysis
  7. Provide and integrate lead generation tools into the sales support and prospecting teams.
  8. Partner with Sr VP Sales & CIO to build scalable systems capable of supporting next-stage growth

Partner with Tech Services Directors to identify land application and beneficial use leads; utilize analytics to automate compliance and regulatory requirements.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  1. General knowledge of the wastewater treatment process or agriculture, land application, beneficial use
  2. Strong analytic and financial acumen
  3. Understanding of Cloud based systems and CRM
  4. Analysis of data, charts and discussions.
  5. Exhibit strong organization, collaboration and team leadership skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES

  1. Degree in Business, Economics, Dat Science or related discipline
  2. Demonstrated team leadership
  3. Computer skills and ability to work in MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Talking, Hearing, Seeing, Standing, Sitting, Walking.
  2. The worker is subject to outside environmental conditions: No effective protection from weather
  3. The worker is subject atmospheric conditions: One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: Fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.

Salary Range: $52,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience)
