The Sales Analyst, SEA for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, is responsible for utilizing analytical and operational expertise to 1) partner with SEA sales leadership to drive strategic goals, 2) increase understanding of drivers that influence sales performance and 3) ensure timely and quality execution of required operational processes for optimum business planning.
This position is part of the Commercial Team located in Malaysia and will be position is fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You report to the Managing Director , SEA and are responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes, and scorecard metrics. If you thrive in a fast paced, cross functional role and want to work to build a world-class Sales Operations organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage and maintain sales forecast files for weekly and monthly calls / review (forecasting, Ops Review files).
Consolidate any Sales related data including Budget, PSI data update it on regular basis and give access to SEA Management Team
Track sales KPIs using software tools to improve the accuracy of the forecast
Support Pricing analysis in relation also with Finance and Marketing
Support SEA Management Team by providing administrative & organizational assistance
Facilitate communication and sponsor department meetings
Provide bid generation support
The essential requirements of the job include
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales operations and/or analytics experience
Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in interacting with stakeholders
• Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Sales Force, Microsoft Power BI a plus
