Job Description
What's The Goal?
In this internship, you will work closely with the Residential, Commercial or Retail Sales team to assist in proactively analyzing and reviewing information on current business, identifying opportunities or potential problems within information being analyzed and assisting in the development of key metrics to drive increased sales and customer satisfaction.
How Will You Contribute?
- Visualize and distribute periodical reports to sales team in order to keep track or sales goals.
- Achieves organizational goals by defining, integrating, and upgrading a comprehensive architecture to support applications, platforms, and databases.
- Developing presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and results, key metrics, KPIs, campaign tracking and achievements and ad hoc strategic analysis.
- Support management in coordination of departmental meetings
- Use existing data platforms to create new methodology to analyze business opportunities and risks
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree (Major in Business, Analytics and/or Finance. Major in Information Systems also accepted)
- Minimum GPA OF 3.0
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication written and verbal skills
- Strong organization skills – managing small projects or multiple tasks
- Moderate understanding of Excel (Ability to run basic functions and merge data)
- Preferred: Experience with visualization software like power BI. Experience with analytics software like Alteryx and Python.
Please note that we would like availability for a 6-month Internship, ideally running 06/15/2025-12/15/2025. This position is a hybrid position. Ability to commute to the Watertown MA location is needed (generally Tuesday through Thursday).
