Miami Headquarters
eMed is scaling its enterprise commercial motion and looking for an operator who thrives at the
intersection of data, strategy, and deal execution. As a Sales Analyst & Deal Strategist, you’ll be
the analytical engine and strategic backbone behind our most complex enterprise deals -
building the intelligence that wins.
You’ll partner directly with Account Executives to develop win plans, own RFP and RFI
responses, and ensure every deal is backed by sharp competitive positioning and stakeholder
insight. This role is both analytical and highly cross-functional - you’ll move seamlessly from a
data model to a deal memo to a live deal call.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with Account Executives to develop strategic win plans and deal narratives for high-value enterprise opportunities
- Own end-to-end coordination of RFP and RFI responses — ensuring submissions are compelling, accurate, and on time
- Serve as a deal-level subject matter expert on product, clinical, and operational context for complex buyer conversations
- Quarterback cross-functional deal teams, aligning Product, Marketing, Clinical, Legal, and Finance under tight timelines
- Co-create with Marketing to customize sales presentations, deal memos, and competitive positioning materials
- Lead pre-call planning and stakeholder mapping for key accounts, ensuring Sales is fully prepared for every critical meeting
- Build and maintain deal analytics — tracking pipeline health, win/loss patterns, and competitive trends to sharpen our GTM strategy
- Feed field insights back to Product and Marketing to continuously improve eMed’s positioning and competitive differentiation
