The Sales Analyst Assistant supports all administrative responsibilities related to customer contract management at the Area level. Supports local sales contract tracking, profit model development, incentive, and rebate requests.Ready to build a career with a company that’s leading the foodservice industry?This Position will be in-office Monday-Friday (Greensburg, PA) 8am-5pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Sales and Revenue Management teams by managing assigned customer contracts throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for contract-related questions, providing guidance and support to field teams and internal business partners.
- Maintain and analyze customer contract data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to support business decisions.
- Create, update, and maintain routine reports using Microsoft Excel, including functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF (Excel proficiency may be assessed during the interview process).
- Review existing customer contract portfolios to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal processes.
- Partner with Area Leadership, Local Sales teams, Revenue Management, Legal, and Shared Business Services to coordinate contract-related activities and resolve issues.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with field leaders to review contract updates, required actions, and business priorities.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Onsite: The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities inside a US Foods office-based environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of administrative/clerical support experience
Knowledge of administrative procedures, processes, methodologies, and systems
Proficiency required in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
EDUCATION
- High School diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working with and supporting sales teams
- Contract related experience within foodservice/food manufacturing or distribution companies
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- College coursework or degree
