Job Description
As a Sales Advisor you’ll learn the basics of running a store, join a talented team of new friends - and most importantly – learn how to make our customers feel welcome, happy, and inspired while having a chance of a life-long career.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that our customers are always our priority, delivering a Great Customer Experience
- Contribute to create an environment that is easy to shop in through Store Operations and Great Garment Care.
- By sharing your knowledge and skills with your colleagues you actively contribute to create a Great Team to meet the expectations of our customers.
- Work in accordance with H&M standards, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
