Sales Administrator

Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy helping people? Join our Commercial team as a Sales Administrator in Nelspruit, and be at the heart of our sales operations, supporting both our team and our customers with efficiency and care.

The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative and sales support while creating a positive, seamless experience for our clients.

What you’ll do:

• Support the sales team with daily admin tasks and client follow-ups

• Assist clients with onboarding, both digitally and in person

• Manage online and social media leads accurately and efficiently

• Schedule site surveys, installations, and service moves

• Maintain accurate sales, customer, and order records

• Respond to client queries and relay feedback to Management

• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth operations

• Assist with marketing events and ad-hoc initiatives as needed

• Follow company processes and SOPs consistently

What you’ll need:

• Matric (Grade 12) and around 1 year of experience in sales or general administration

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office); CRM experience is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good organisational and time management abilities

• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English and Afrikaans

• A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to collaborate with your team
