Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support our Sales teams by managing data, coordinating events, and ensuring deals move forward accurately and on time. This role is critical to keeping our sales process efficient and our internal teams aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations 

  1. Prepare quotes, proposals and supporting sales information 
  2. Coordinate pricing details and ensure proposal accuracy
  3. Follow up and support pending deal requirements
  4. Organize final documentation
  5. Coordinate internal handoff meetings 
  • Process and Data Integrity 
  1. Create and maintain contacts, leads, deals, and records in approved CRM
  2. Manage sales activity tracking
  3. Maintain accurate data for reporting, forecasting, and follow-up
  4. Manage customer onboarding data from CRM to ERP 
  5. Maintain compliance requirements
  • Internal Communication 
  1. Send new process and customer announcements to internal teams
  2. Communicate deal handoff details to relevant teams ensuring a seamless customer experience
  3. Support weekly Sales & Marketing meetings, scorecards or reports
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination

  1. Coordinate Customer visits, Expos, and other events
  2. Partner with Marketing on advertising and promotional opportunities
  3. Track association events, renewals, and sign-ups to system entry
  4. Maintain annual Sales and Marketing calendar

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's degree in business, marketing, communications or relayed field plus 2 years of experience in a Sales Admin, Sales Operations, or similar role 
  • Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong CRM and/or ERP experience 
  • Experience preparing proposals and managing calendars
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications
  • B2B sales support experience
  • Event coordination experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Familiarity with scorecards, dashboards, or metrics tracking

Pay Band

For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated annual base pay range for the Sales Administration position is $45,000-55,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. As with certain positions in the organization, this role is eligible for additional forms of compensation.
