Your responsibilities
As a Temporary Sales Administrator within the B2B Remarketing department, you provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and ensure smooth daily interactions with B2B traders, both locally and internationally.
You play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and in managing accurate and compliant administrative processes. Your main tasks will be:
- Provide daily support to B2B traders via phone, email and case management.
- Handle a large part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process: Requesting and collecting required documentation
- Performing administrative checks
- Following up on approvals to ensure traders are correctly validated
- Maintain and update customer and case information in Salesforce.
- Deliver a customer-oriented service, ensuring professional and timely communication with partners.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, …).
Who are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial or a customer care role where commercial contacts by phone, problem solving, and quality of service were key.
- You have a "can-do attitude," you are customer oriented and a problem solver.
- You are an active listener and can quickly analyse the situation
- A strong administrative mindset, with the ability to work fast and error-free
- A good functional knowledge of MS Office
- You are fluent in English and a good knowledge spoken & written in French and Dutch.
