Royal Waste in Queens is looking to add a Sales Administrator to our growing Sales team.
Our priority is to make sure we hire professional Sales Administrator that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a Sales Administrator with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Administrative support to Sales Team
- Outside Sales Support
- Manage order processing and data entry using Salesforce CRM
- Excellent customer service
- Municipal support for local contracts
- Set up new customers – in charge of broker accounts
- Great communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (working knowledge of word and excel)
- Ability to work independently
- Task oriented and highly motivated
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- May require occasional travel out of town
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- 2 years of high-volume Customer Service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Pay Rate starting: $22-$25 Hourly, depending on experience
