We are seeking a Sales Administrator to be the backbone of our sales team in vibrant Johannesburg.
In this vital role, you will tackle a variety of exciting challenges every day. Whether it's meticulously tracking and managing sales commissions to ensure our hardworking agents are rewarded accurately and promptly, or swiftly addressing service queries, your problem-solving abilities will keep operations running seamlessly.
Communication is your superpower, and you will use it to effortlessly coordinate with agents, sales managers, and trainers, ensuring clear and impactful messaging. Your ability to craft and manage promotional communications, particularly via SMS, will be crucial in driving the team’s success.
You will be the guardian of accuracy, regularly preparing insightful sales performance reports and maintaining records that guide strategic decisions. By conducting quality assurance checks on training sessions, you will directly influence how effectively our teams grow and perform.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, boast strong organizational skills, excel in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess a keen eye for detail, this role is your next great opportunity. With a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience, you'll be ready to hit the ground running.
