Sales Support
- Manage and handle LKPP Inaproc E-Katalog Version 6 product registration and listing to support government procurement channels and manage end to end procurement within the platform
- Coordinate between Indonesia DHL, Indonesia Sales Team, & HK team for all communication
- Follow up proforma and customer invoices
- Fully responsible for the Supply Chain Management such as support & coordinate the shipment arrangement with third parties (e.g., inventory adjustment in system, import handling, inbound shipment, stock arrival status, products supply issues and constraints, monitor of back-order status, etc.)
- Ensure sales order issuance and prepare credit note
- Maintain master data creation and updates (e.g., customer master / item master / price list)
- Arrange physical stock take schedule in DHL warehouse
- Generate order and shipment report
Finance Support
- Issue Tax Invoices to finance team and send original tax invoices to customers
- Receive and file original tax invoices from Indonesia vendors
- Communicate with CS for the inventory adjustments needed on a timely basis
- Prepare payment requisition, expense report, and monthly report to Finance Department
Office Administration Support
- Make purchase plans for office supplies & consumables
- Find suitable vendors and follow up on quotations and payment processes
- Maintain systematic record to track office files and maintenance/repairs
- Arrange meeting invitation to internal and external parties
- Prepare and coordinate documents requiring signatures and stamps from internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or pharmacist is an advantage, Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience of sales support in Supply Chain Management
- Experience in managing LKPP Inaproc E-Katalog Version 6 product registration and listing is preferred
- Strong communication skills to internal and external contacts
- Customer focused with excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
- To work flexibly when under pressure at busy periods of the business calendar
- Be self-motivated, attention to detail, well-organized member of a team
- Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent communicate in English Languages is an advantage
- Direct experience of Oracle system preferred
