Sales Administrator (Seoul)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support to sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth trading operations. 
• Accurately enter and maintain data in sales and purchase systems. 
• Update and manage trading systems regularly for accuracy and completeness. 
• Prepare reports related to sales, purchases, and trading activities. 
• Handle general administrative tasks for the Seoul office. 
• Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 1 year of experience in sizable, multicultural organizations 
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with strong PC skills 
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills 
• Mature, responsible, pleasant, and disciplined work attitude 
• Ability to work independently with a structured and systematic approach in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong team player with good collaboration skills 
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Korean
