$20.00 - $23.00

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Sales Administrator role is an administrative operator and responsible for supporting Axos Premier and Invest divisions, including client onboarding, reconciliation, Enhanced Due Diligence, and may engage in client acquisition efforts. Understands the company's responsible growth strategy, operations, and compliance initiatives. Partners with Licensed Relationship Managers and Client Service Associates to achieve company acquisition goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Salesforce case queue management. Maintain case acknowledgement within Service Level Agreements
  • Preparing, organizing and storing financial statements and documentation in paper and digital form
  • Actively engages with inbound customer servicing requests via telephone and online channels
  • Analyze spreadsheets in support of RM sales activities and detailing statistics
  • Actively cross-sells appropriate banking solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Partners with Invest, Small Business, Lending and other LOBs to meet customers financial needs
  • Responsible for case creation and management within Service Level Agreements

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or a similar role
  • Strong administrative, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong human relation, communication, presentation and telephone skills
