Sales Administrator | Fully Remote | AU Hours

• Process B2B and B2C customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Manage orders from entry through to delivery

• Liaise with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and inquiries

• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain customer records, product information, and system data

• Monitor order progress and resolve issues proactively

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Order Processing, Customer Service, or a similar role

• Strong experience processing customer orders in a high-volume environment

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables

• Comfortable using multiple systems, portals, and software platforms

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience with catalog maintenance, data entry, and sales support functions

• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to different workflows

Australian Eastern Time Schedule

• 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM PH Time during Australian Daylight Savings

• 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PH Time outside Daylight Savings

This schedule is fixed, so we're looking for someone comfortable working early morning hours.
