The Sales Administrative Associate – Revenue Team plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the revenue function. This position provides essential administrative and data‑management support to help ensure accurate client records, smooth workflow execution, and timely coordination of critical activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency, enhancing team productivity, and supporting the overall success of the revenue function.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and correspondence to ensure efficient communication and workflow across the revenue team.
- Review and process new business submissions, accurately entering information into the CRM and other related databases and coordinating the application process from start to finish.
- Maintain and update client account records throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring all contacts, documents, and data entries remain current and accurate in the CRM and related software platforms.
- Support Document of Payment (DOP) processing, including filing, tracking, and administering required documentation.
- Process NDAs, new accounts, and contact records, ensuring proper setup and compliance within internal systems.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to essential documents and in compliance with written SOPs.
- Provide administrative support across the revenue team, including preparing documents, assisting with reporting needs, and helping with routine operational tasks.
- Contribute to departmental projects, assisting with research, data entry, coordination, and implementation of improvements as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional or business environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfort with learning new systems and databases.
- Knowledge of CRM systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive, dependable, and adaptable approach to tasks and responsibilities.

Pay Range:
$15.48 - $22.00 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
