We're looking to hire 2-3 Sales Admin Assistants based in the Philippines to support our Client Solutions team in engaging prospective agency clients (businesses who provide software and services to mission-driven organizations).
This is a full-time, work-from-home position. To effectively support our U.S.-based sales team, Sales Admin Assistants will work nightshift hours (see details below).
This role is a sales administrative assistant to a sales executive:
The admin role will primarily be focused on outbound prospecting and enabling the sales executive to lead conversations with prospective clients. You'll report directly to the sales executive and work closely with them on a daily basis.
While the sales admin will conduct virtual outreach to prospective clients via channels like email and LinkedIn, the sales executive will be the primary person leading face-to-face conversations with external prospects.

Requirements
Language
Excellent spoken English is a must – You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with native English speakers via Zoom. This includes strong English skills, confident verbal communication, and the ability to articulate ideas concisely in real-time conversations.
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their "American business English" speaking voice as part of the application process.

Logistics
This is a full-time, work-from-home position. Team members are provided with equipment including laptops and monitors.
You would work during US ET Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm ET / 8 or 9 pm to 5 or 6 am PHT)
What Makes a Strong Candidate
Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role.
Be interested in focusing on their professional career on a full-time basis for the immediate future (at least the next ~5 years), with no near-term interest in pursuing a postgraduate degree.
Highly organized and outstanding organizational ability
A team player who can and has a willingness to learn and grow at a fast-pace
Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average
Individuals who graduate with a major that could be a good fit including Communications, Business Ad, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts and Business degrees
We also need you to:
Be able to work independently and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
Have a demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet
Can work through obstacles and challenges
Be highly organized with strong time management skills
Be results driven and goal-oriented

Wages
Hourly compensation is in $USD
We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills
Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own
Target 42.5 billable hours per week
Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings

Paid vacation time
20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.
Paid sick time
5 sick days off annually
Paid life leave*
15 days accrued annually.
Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days your cash out is worth about $300.
*Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
