The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for all administrative / tactical support for the Account Executives and RVP in the region. In this role, you will have responsibility for maintaining the office in MN, samples, customer visits and presentations, and sales support and lead generation for the Account Executives.

Ownership of overall office appearance

Ownership of sample and book inventory

Sample management in place of overnight expenditures

Coordinate customer visits and presentations

Answering Telephone & coordinating communication

Processing of office related invoices

Direct Sales Support

Maintenance, development and management of account lists

Maintenance and tracking of claims
-
Manage and track orders
-
Production and distribution of reports
-
CRM management and quoting support as needed for the region

Other data entry & data management of sales activity to assist Account Executives & RVP
-
Support region with NBD – cold calling new prospects, sales support for small residential customers that do commercial/discretionary work

Lead generation through Construct Connect and follow up

Other tasks as assigned by the RVP

Requirements:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Competency with social media and general computer program usage

Proficient with Microsoft Office
-
Ability to lift and move moderate weight (5-50 pounds)

High energy, passionate and high achievement orientation

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a well-organized fashion

Strong communication skills
