Job Description:
In the role of Sales Administrative Assistant at BW Papersystems, you will provide essential support to the upgrade segment of the business. Your responsibilities will include processing upgrade orders, invoicing customers, tracking orders, and facilitating down payments. You will closely collaborate with the sales executives and the engineering team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:

Streamline and facilitate effective communication within the Sales team by proactively scheduling meetings, meticulously recording meeting minutes, and coordinating conference calls, ensuring seamless information flow.

Exhibit professionalism in managing telephone communications, guaranteeing the efficient transmission of messages, and overseeing email correspondence for prompt and accurate responses.

Focus on the upgrade segment of the business, involving the processing of upgrade orders, invoicing of customers, tracking of order progress, and proficiently managing down payments.

Foster close collaboration with sales executives to ensure the smooth transition of orders to the engineering team, effectively initiating the part creation process and extending invaluable support to enhance overall sales operations.

Provide invaluable assistance to the Sales Team, performing essential tasks like filing, copying, and compiling reports, contributing to the seamless functioning of the executive office.

Offer essential relief coverage at the front reception desk, in addition to carrying out various other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

3+ Years in Sales or Administrative work

Excellent organizational skills

Computer skills required

3+ year of Microsoft Excel
