We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team and help create an exceptional experience for our customers.

As a key member of our Sales team, you'll serve as the hub connecting Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Production, and Customers. You'll help ensure projects move smoothly, customer needs are addressed quickly, and critical information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Support the Sales team with customer communications, scheduling, document preparation, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare and process customer quotations using our Epicor ERP system.
• Maintain accurate customer, part number, and sales order information.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service to help meet customer expectations.
• Assist with pricing updates, sales program administration, and customer reporting.
• Track customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Support sales forecasting and data analysis activities.
• Provide backup support for Sales team members as needed.
• Assist with trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and administrative projects across the department.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to compile data and generate meaningful reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Positive attitude and strong customer-service orientation.

• Previous experience supporting a Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, or Administrative team.
• ERP experience, preferably Epicor.
• Interest in or familiarity with the marine, powersports, or outdoor recreation industries.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
