ACS New York is seeking an individual who has experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, ability to foster long-lasting client relationships and is interested in joining an exciting industry to support one of our top performing Regional Directors.

Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Assisting mentor with their portfolio of clients
  • Manage calendar, set up meetings and send meeting reminders.
  • Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations
  • Booking travel for internal staff
  • To assist Accounts with expenses, invoices, checks etc.
