＜部門について＞Sales Operationsは、営業組織を支える業務プロセスの最適化やデジタル化、BPO・コールセンター運用管理に加え、各種レポーティングやデータバリデーションも担う営業サポート部門です。営業活動の効率化と顧客満足度向上を目的に、システム運用、業務改善、データ分析、AI・自動化推進など多様な活動を行っています。
＜業務内容＞営業現場を支えるSales Operationsチームのマネージャーとして、日常のチーム運営および業務改善をリードしていただきます。現場に密着したマネジメントを通じて課題や改善機会を特定し、必要に応じてプロジェクトとして企画・推進していただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです。
チームマネジメント（業務配分、進捗管理、メンバー育成・指導）
現行業務・オペレーションの可視化と課題抽出、改善施策の立案・実行
オペレーション設計の見直しおよびシステム連携の最適化
サービス運用の集約・標準化による効率化と品質向上
