Sales Operationsは、営業組織を支える業務プロセスの最適化やデジタル化、BPO・コールセンター運用管理に加え、各種レポーティングやデータバリデーションも担う営業サポート部門です。営業活動の効率化と顧客満足度向上を目的に、システム運用、業務改善、データ分析、AI・自動化推進など多様な活動を行っています。

<業務内容>

営業現場を支えるSales Operationsチームのマネージャーとして、日常のチーム運営および業務改善をリードしていただきます。現場に密着したマネジメントを通じて課題や改善機会を特定し、必要に応じてプロジェクトとして企画・推進していただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです。

  • チームマネジメント(業務配分、進捗管理、メンバー育成・指導)

  • 現行業務・オペレーションの可視化と課題抽出、改善施策の立案・実行

  • オペレーション設計の見直しおよびシステム連携の最適化

  • サービス運用の集約・標準化による効率化と品質向上

  • ガバナンス強化および外部リソース(BPO/ベンダー等)の最適な活用

  • AI / Automationを活用した業務改善の企画・導入・展開

改善テーマや事業ニーズに応じて、プロジェクトリードとしてプロジェクトを推進いただくほか、アサインされるプロジェクトにはコアメンバーとして参画していただきます。関係部門と密に連携しながら、継続的な業務改革と成果創出を担っていただくポジションです。

Job Experience

  • 業務プロセスやチーム運営の改善・変革を主体的に推進した経験

  • マネージャーとしてのピープルマネジメント経験

  • AI/自動化ツール(Copilot、Power Automate、生成AI等)を用いた業務改善の実践経験

  • 継続的改善(Kaizen/Lean等)とプロジェクトマネジメントの実践経験(品質改善、コスト削減など定量成果)

Skill / Knowledge

  • 複数ステークホルダーを束ねる高いコミュニケーション力

  • Microsoft 365(Teams/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)の実務スキル

  • 英語:TOEIC900点以上または同等のビジネス英語力

  • ネイティブ相当の日本語

Competency

  • クリティカルシンキング

  • Eloqua等MA、SAP/JD Edwards等の基幹システム活用経験

Skills Required

  • Experience in improving business processes and team operations
  • People management experience as a manager
  • Experience in using AI/automation tools for business improvements
  • Experience in continuous improvement and project management
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Practical skills in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (TOEIC 900 or equivalent)
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
