Position Summary
We are looking for a new intern who will support all sales activities for Air Conditioning department; be involved in system updates, data analysis and improvement of databases, presentation preparation, and other internal initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Regular reporting to relevant parties about KPI updates
- System tracking and updating data
- Structuring databases and supporting colleagues in updating
- Presentation preparation
- Market analysis in coordination with sales leader
- Team tasks participation in updating internal processes
- Supports AC HOD in administration work
- All other administration work
Skills and Qualifications
- Very good analytical skills
- Advanced usage of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactivity and self-responsibility
- Product presentation skills and creation of the same
- Communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Accurate
- University degree or last year of studies with ability to work full time
- Bilingual (Croatian and English) – Advanced knowledge of English in communication and writing
- Good knowledge of IT systems (MS Office), Auto Cad
