The Sales Administration Assistant position is a permanent position based in Wellington. This position will form part of the Sales Administration department and will include a variety of administrative support activities. It is an ideal position for an individual searching for an exciting career opportunity in a dynamic and rapidly growing agricultural company.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing of purchase orders and updates on an ongoing basis
- Invoicing of relevant services
- Data entry, processing, and other duties assigned
- Accurately maintaining records
- Providing daily support as required
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Inventory management by scheduling monthly depot counts and driving resolution on stock variances through stock reconciliations
- Logistics and distribution of products
- Communicating with internal clients regarding stock levels and ad hoc queries
- Ad Hoc or other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate, Diploma in Administration, or any other relevant tertiary education
Experience
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Experience with inventory reconciliations
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain
- Experience in the agricultural industry would be advantageous
Other specific requirements
- Full professional proficiency in Afrikaans and English (speaking and writing)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in at least one accounting software (Sage, Pastel, etc.)
