Sales Admin - Intern

2/3 days a week

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate technical support service contracts and conditions from English to Korean
  • Assist with the contract process on the Public Procurement Service site, including:
    • Completing fingerprint registration
    • Reviewing and signing the memorandum of payment of contract deposit
    • Reviewing and signing the confirmation of restrictions on the conclusion of private contracts
    • Reviewing and signing the integrity contract performance contract confirmation
    • Completing the tax evasion check confirmation
  • Translate contracts, quotes, letters, and other documents from English to Korean
  • Review translated documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Work with Finance team and issue tax invoices on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain organised records of all translated documents and contracts

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with contract management or translation preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
