Sales Admin Support

• Location: Prague

• Function:  Sales

Overview

As the Sales Admin Support you will provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. Through your role, you support the sales team and are a trusted member of the Czech team. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager for Czech and enjoys strong cross-functional interactions within the business on a regional level.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and presentations.

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

• Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Experience you’ll bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluent in Czech and English.
