All about the role:
To deliver growth targets with Trade spending execution in an efficient way
Develop and manage Human Resources (promoter) with the vendor to maximize efficiency
Sales rebate management to implement the right decision and to deliver maximized Profit
Review P&L by channel to set the right channel strategies
What you’ll do:
Trade spending plan management (Plan by month/quarter/year, Review by Weekly)
Promoter Spending management (Salary, incentive, etc.)
Promoter efficiency management by Stores
Rebate agreement setting, Accrual closing, and settlement management
Price setting by account
HR vendor management (Promoter and annual contract)
Monthly P&L review by channel

QUALIFICATIONS
Min. 5+ years’ experience in trade marketing or sales planning in the FMCG or Home appliance industry
Preferably with experience in multi-national organizations
Business English required (oral and written)
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferably, experience in and extensive understanding of the Consumer Electronics industry
Where you’ll be: You will be based in the Seoul office.
